This role is perfect for someone early in their engineering career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a licensed Professional Engineer. You’ll assist with design, drafting, site evaluations, and field coordination to help deliver accurate, high-quality work for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design and drafting using industry-standard software
  
• Support project engineers with calculations, reports, and plan preparation
  
• Coordinate with survey teams and review field data
  
• Perform site visits, evaluations, and basic inspections as needed
  
• Maintain organized project documentation
  
• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and contractors

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  
• Passed the FE exam or actively working toward it

In this role, you’ll lead survey operations, oversee field crews, ensure accuracy of boundary and topographic work, and contribute to high-quality mapping and project deliverables. If you’re detail-oriented, confident in your field expertise, and ready to help shape the built environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
  
• Manage field crews and provide technical guidance
  
• Review survey data, plats, maps, and legal descriptions
  
• Perform complex calculations and ensure accuracy of field measurements
  
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients
  
• Prepare and stamp survey documents as required

Ideal Qualifications
